How to delete your Thousand Up account and data.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Thousand Up and tap your handle at the top left to open your Profile.
2. Tap Delete my Thousand Up data and confirm.

Your handle, points, scores and game history are deleted straight away and can't be recovered.

By email

If you can't get into the app, email dgperkins@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Thousand Up account". Send it from the email you signed in with, or tell us your handle. We'll delete everything within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted, and what's kept

• Deleted straight away: your handle, daily and weekly scores, trophies, play history and notification tokens.
• Kept until the next daily reset, then deleted: today's balance and amount played. This stops people deleting and re-signing to get a fresh 1,000 points.
• Your sign-in record (account ID and email) stays so you can sign back in. To have that deleted too, email us as above and we'll remove it within 30 days.
